A plain-English summary of how the roster is tracking for a week or month.
Overview
Give managers a quick, plain-English read on the roster for a week or month, with the few things that need action.
It only reads data and doesn't change anything in Imploy. It works through the Imploy MCP connection, so it only sees what your Imploy role can access.
Free to download and use.
What it does
- Reports shifts, service hours, open shifts and cancellation rate for the period.
- Points out overdue clock-outs, unassigned shifts, unbilled work, broken shifts and overtime.
- Can compare with the previous period.
- Read-only. It doesn't change anything.

How to install
- Connect the Imploy MCP server to your AI app and sign in to your Imploy organisation. Ask your assistant to run whoami to check it can see the right organisation.
- Download imploy-roster-health.zip.
- Claude: go to Settings, then Capabilities, turn on Skills and upload the zip. In a Claude Project, paste the contents of SKILL.md into the project instructions instead. In Claude Code, copy the folder into ~/.claude/skills/.
- ChatGPT: in a custom GPT or a Project, paste the contents of SKILL.md into the instructions and connect the Imploy MCP server.
- Other MCP clients such as Cursor or Windsurf: add the contents of SKILL.md to your custom instructions or rules file.
