Can we request new features after go-live?

Yes, Imploy is fully compliant. Your data is stored locally in Australia on Microsoft Azure servers, which hold top-tier ISO 27001 certification for information security management. We guarantee strict data sovereignty — your data will never leave Australia.

Is there a lock-in contract ?

No lock-in contracts. The $15,000 setup is a one-time fee for the implementation work. Ongoing monthly billing is flexible, and you can cancel with standard notice. We'd rather earn your continued business through great software and service than bind you contractually.
