Your paid subscription with Imploy begins once your free trial ends and you've entered your credit card details to continue. Payment is processed at the start of every new billing period, whether you are on a monthly or annual plan.
Your subscription will automatically be downgraded to a FREE plan for upto 5 users. If you have more than 5 users, you can only access your first 5 added users. However, you can have unlimited clients.

When you terminate a user, their access to the platform is permanently revoked and all associated data is archived according to our organisation’s data retention policy.
Termination is a multi-step process to ensure accidental deletions don’t occur.
No. Once a user is terminated, billing stops for that user from the next billing cycle onward.
You’ll only pay for that user until the end of the current billing period as access remains valid until the cycle ends. From the next month onward, they’re no longer counted in your bill.
Reactivations are treated like adding a new user so you’ll be billed for that reactivated user in the same month.
However, from the next month, your billing automatically adjusts to match your current active user only.
