What happens when I terminate a user?

When you terminate a user, their access to the platform is permanently revoked and all associated data is archived according to your organisation’s data retention policy.
Termination is a multi-step process to ensure accidental deletions don’t occur. You’ll be asked to:

  1. Confirm the user you want to terminate.
  2. Review a summary of their active shifts, tasks, or recor
  3. Confirm termination through a final approval step.

Will I still be billed after a user is terminated?

No. Once a user is terminated, billing stops for that user from the next billing cycle onward.
You’ll only pay for that user until the end of the current billing period as access remains valid until the cycle ends. From the next month onward, they’re no longer counted in your bill.

What happens if I reactivate a terminated user?

Reactivations are treated like adding a new user so you’ll be billed for that reactivated user in the same month.
However, from the next month, your billing automatically adjusts to match your current active users only.
