Build next week's roster

Copies a week of shifts forward as drafts, checks them, and publishes only when you approve.

Overview

Copy an existing week of shifts into the next week, review the copy for problems, and leave it as drafts until you're happy.

It shows you what it plans to change and waits for a clear yes before saving anything. It works through the Imploy MCP connection, so it only sees what your Imploy role can access.

Free to download and use.

What it does

  • Copies the shifts from a week you choose into the next week as drafts.
  • Checks the target week first so you don't end up with duplicates.
  • Looks for leave, clashes and SCHADS warnings in the new week.
  • Leaves everything as drafts until you say to publish.

Example prompts

  • Roll this week's roster forward to next week.
  • Copy Martha's shifts from this week into next week and check for problems.
  • Build next week's roster for SIL Homes 1 but don't publish it.
