Overview
Find shifts with no staff assigned, suggest the best available workers for each, and assign them after you agree.
It shows you what it plans to change and waits for a clear yes before saving anything. It works through the Imploy MCP connection, so it only sees what your Imploy role can access.
Free to download and use.
What it does
- Lists open shifts for the dates you choose, usually the next 7 days.
- Suggests the top three available workers for each shift, with their hours this week and distance.
- Assigns the people you pick, and shows any double booking, leave or availability warnings first.
- Checks the changed shifts for SCHADS warnings and reminds you if any are still drafts.
Example prompts
- Fill the open shifts for next week.
- Who can cover Nicole's self-care shift on Tuesday afternoon?
- Show me any vacant shifts in the next 3 days and suggest staff.
How to install
- Connect the Imploy MCP server to your AI app and sign in to your Imploy organisation. Ask your assistant to run whoami to check it can see the right organisation.
