Overview
Check a form against good practice and the form builder's rules, explain the issues, and fix the ones you approve.
It shows you what it plans to change and waits for a clear yes before saving anything. It works through the Imploy MCP connection, so it only sees what your Imploy role can access.

What it does
- Reads an existing form and checks its structure, required fields, conditions and routing.
- Lists problems and suggested fixes in plain English.
- Applies only the fixes you approve.
- Leaves publishing to you.

How to install
- Connect the Imploy MCP server to your AI app and sign in to your Imploy organisation. Ask your assistant to run whoami to check it can see the right organisation.
- Download imploy-form-reviewer.zip.
- Claude: go to Settings, then Capabilities, turn on Skills and upload the zip. In a Claude Project, paste the contents of SKILL.md into the project instructions instead. In Claude Code, copy the folder into ~/.claude/skills/.
- ChatGPT: in a custom GPT or a Project, paste the contents of SKILL.md into the instructions and connect the Imploy MCP server.
- Other MCP clients such as Cursor or Windsurf: add the contents of SKILL.md to your custom instructions or rules file.
