Xero

Send invoices from Imploy to Xero and see when they've been paid, so there's no double entry at month end.

Connect in Imploy

Overview

Connect Imploy to Xero so invoices you raise in Imploy flow through to your accounts, and payment status comes back without double entry.

Your team keeps working in Imploy for rostering, shifts and billing, while your bookkeeper or accountant works in Xero as usual.

What you can do

Send invoices to Xero
Invoices created in Imploy, including bulk invoices, are sent to Xero instead of being keyed in twice.
Keep payments in sync
See which invoices have been paid without switching between systems.
Fewer reconciliation errors
Client and invoice details come from one source, so there's less to fix at month end.
Works with bulk invoicing
Generate invoices from shifts and events in Imploy, then pass them to Xero in one go.

How it works

  1. In Imploy, open settings and go to integrations.
  2. Choose Xero and sign in to the Xero organisation you want to connect.
  3. Check how clients and accounts should match up.
  4. Raise invoices in Imploy as normal. They'll appear in Xero.

FAQs

Do I need a Xero subscription?

Yes. You'll need your own Xero account. Imploy connects to it rather than replacing it.

Can I connect more than one Xero organisation?

Talk to our team about your setup and we'll let you know what's supported.

Who can set up the connection?

Usually an Imploy admin, together with whoever looks after your accounts.
